Process: Our design process is pretty simple. Our first step is to gather as much information from you as possible regarding number of pages, any color schemes you want to stick to, or any other preferences. We will then design a template for you to approve. This template will be the basic layout/design of your website with no real content. Creating this template is free of charge, however, if you decide to have us use said template and build your website, a non refundable deposit is required. (See Payments) Once you approve the template we will begin work on your full website. We will gladly work with you to decide what pages are neccessary, to do this we need as much information as possible such as the content for the pages, any photos, information, etc. Our preferred method of communication is through e-mail via sales@breakthru-media.com because it's an automatic hard copy of all the information. Telephones can't do that.
All websites will, by default, be hosted here at Breakthru Media unless otherwise specified by you, the client. Hosting fees will be included in your quote.

Payment: A twenty-five percent (25%) non refundable deposit is required after your approval of website template. Once deposit is recieved, work will continue on the completion of your website. Full payment must be recieved before the website goes live. If you change your mind about our services, please tell us before the live date! We cannot refund your money after your site goes live. Why? Once you pay us, everything we've created for you is copyright - you . You can do whatever with it. However, the unfortunate part of this business is that since it's been posted online, it really can't be returned. Sure, honest people would say, "Hey, I decided I don't need it. I won't use the design/graphics, ever" but there are the not-so-honest people who just want a website for 25% of their quote and take advantage of our hard working hours and will steal it. This is why we create a template for you to approve so you know what your site is going to look like before it's done and we will also give you sneak peaks of it's progress to approve throughout the completion process. Please do not approve the progress if you do not wish to use the us or the design, doing so may force us to require full payment at time of template approval and we don't want to do that!
